1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 F (204 C) degrees.
2. Spread the hummus evenly on the pita. Sprinkle on the tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese and za'atar.
3. Place the pizza on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until the bread is a light golden brown. Remove from the oven and sprinkle on the chopped spinach.
