Albesarh is one of the traditional Egyptian dishes that have been known since Pharaonic times. The ingredients of this dish are absolutely rich in flavor and extremely tasty. To enhance the taste of this dish it's recommended to serve with Arabic bread, arugula, scallions, and radish.

Step by Step method

Directions:

1. in a pot over medium heat, put oil, onion and garlic stir well until golden – brown color, add 3 cups of water, then add the beans, parsley, dill, coriander, salt, pepper, cumin, mint, stir well and simmer for an hour until cooked.

2. After the ingredients cooked, place in a blender and mix well.

3. Put the mixture again on medium heat with continuous stirring until boiling.

4.  Pour Albesarh in serving dish and decorate it with fried onions on top.
