Step by Step method

  1. Start by choosing a large pan with a cover.
  2. Over high heat, Heat the oil in the pan.
  3. When the oil is very hot, add the liver.
  4. Liver is delicate. Quickly and carefully stir fry it until it changes color.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Cover the pan.
  7. Cook over medium low heat  for 15 minutes.
  8. That’s it. The liver is ready!
