If you are suffering from sleeping disorders, then this natural tasty recipe is all you need. Bananas are rich in potassium and magnesium, but what most people do not know is that the banana peel has, even more, potassium and magnesium than the banana itself, and it is often thrown away as trash. Check out this interesting recipe and enjoy your sleep at night.

Bon appétit…

Step by Step method

1. Cut off both ends of the banana (top and bottom)

2.  Put the banana into a pot of bowling water. If the water is spring water or purified in some way, even better!

3. Boil for about 10 – 15 minutes. Sprinkle some cinnamon into the water as well.

4. Pour into a mug and enjoy!

(If you're feeling adventurous, you can also eat the banana and its peel an hour before bed. For an extra flavor kick, sprinkle with cinnamon).
