Recipe Method: 
  1. Saute oninion with oil. 
  2. Add meat and brown until done.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Add leeks and turn the heat to low.
  5. Mix a little and add water. Cover and simmer for 1 hour until the leek is tender.
  6. Check after 10 minutes and keep checking and mixing every 10 minutes. there should be a little water at the bottom of the pot so the leek doesn't burn.
  7. Serve warm with arabic bread and lemon.
