Step by Step method

  1. Chop parsley, wash and drain well.
  2. Cut onion into Julienne. 
  3. Cut tomato into small cubes.
  4. Add parsley, onion, tomato and sumac.
  5. Add lemon, oil, salt and pepper.
  6. Mix well and add vinaigrette onto salad.
  7. Mix gently and serve with your meat or chicken.
