Step by Step method

The Marinade: 

  1. Add all the marinade ingredients into the food processor and mix until it becomes smooth. 

The Lamb:

  1. Cover the Butterflied lamb with the marinade
  2. Brown all over in a hot pan, about 2-3 minutes per side. Over a high heat and covered.
  3. Move into a try, cover and cook for 3 hours in the oven
  4. let the lamb rest for 5 minutes.
  5. cut into thin slices.

The dressing:

  1. Heat Oil.
  2. Add Garlic, parsley, orange rind, and orange juice in order, mix for 1 to 2 minutes. 

Serving:

  1. pour the hot dressing over the warm lamb.
  2. serve with grilled potato and sour cream.
