Caramelized tomatoes are sublime. Once you've tasted their concentrated, toasty flavor, you might never go back to regular tomatoes. In addition to eating them like candy because they are so addictive on their own, they are wonderful served with crackers and cheese.
1. Instill one wooden stick in every grain of cherry tomato.
2. To prepare caramel, in a saucepan, add sugar, water and glucose, over high heat, stir the ingredients well together, when the mixture becomes brown, take it off the heat.
3. Dip half of the tomato grain in caramel, then sprinkle each one with sesame seeds or peanuts, or you can leave it plain as it is.
4. Put the tomatoes on butter paper to cool before serving.
