Step by Step method

1. Heat the oil in a saucepan, over medium heat then add the garlic and toss until it changes color.

2. Remove the saucepan from the heat, and add the lemon, red hot chili pepper, black pepper, turmeric, ginger juice and salt.

3. Place the cauliflowers in a serving dish, pour the sauce over them, and sprinkle the coriander on top. (Optional)
