  1. Using a hot dry heavy pan, Toast seeds. keep stirring until fregrant. Set aside to cool.
  2. Toast nuts until light  golden. Set aside. 
  3. Coarly grind nuts and seeds with salt and pepper.
  4. Store in a dry place.
