Step by Step method

  1. Wash carrot, peel and grate or finely slice.
  2. Cut the stems of the radishes and wash them.
  3. Cut radishes in half moon shapes, forming 4-6 slices from a radish. or slice just as the carrots.
  4. Place carrot and radish in a plate.
  5. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
  6. Pour into the salad and mix.
  7. You can sprinkle sumac on top (optional).
  8. Garnish with the parsley and black olives.
