Directions:

1. Add milk liquid, cream, corn flour and mastic in a large saucepan. Bring to boil with constant stirring until the mixture is thick.

2. Remove from heat, add orange blossom water to the mixture and whisk very well then pour mixture over a large dish or in individual cups and set aside to cool to room temperature. Set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

3. Serve with sugar syrup and add you desired nuts on top for garnishing.
