Kebbeh karazieh or 'Cherry Kebab' is Unique in taste, delicious beyond a doubt and highly recommended! Sweet sour and meaty – will be like nothing you’ve tried before!!

Recipe Method: 
  1. Knead the meat with Aleppo spices and salt.
  2. form the meat into small balls.
  3. fry with butter until tender. 
  4. Remove the balls from the pan and set aside. 
  5. Roast the flour with the remaining butter. 
  6. Add salt and Cherries. 
  7. Simmer covered over a low heat for 20 minutes, stirring ocasionaly.
  8. Add the meat balls and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Place the bread triangles in a serving platter.
  10. Pour the meat balls with the cherry sauce over. Garnish with parsley.
