Step by Step method

Directions:

1. Combine onion, bulgur, cumin and mint in a blender. Mix the ingredients for 30 seconds until the onions become fully minced.

2.  In a bowl, mash boiled potatoes with water. - Work the potatoes well, and then add the onions and bulgur mixture. Stir all the ingredients very well together.

3. Pour olive oil to the mixture, season it with salt. Keep stirring.

4. Transfer the kibbeh into a serving dish, sprinkle some olive oil on top, and serve with pita bread.
