Ingredients Ingredients: Small pinch Saffron. 1 tablespoon fresh Ginger, grated. 2 teaspoon Black pepper, ground. 2 teaspoon Cumin, ground. 1 teaspoon Paprika. 2 tablespoon Garlic, minced. Salt, for taste. 3 table spoon Olive oil. 1.35 km lamb, cut into cubes. 1 1/2 cup Onion, cut into small cubes. 3 cup Chicken broth, dark. 2/3 cup Parsley, chopped. 1/2 cup Coriander, chopped 2 Lemon pickles. 450 gm green olive, pitted and cut into circles. 5 tablespoon Lemon juice Step by Step method Add Saffron, Ginger, black pepper, Cumin, Paprika, Garlic, Salt and some olive oil into the food processor and beat the mixture until it becomes smooth. In a a large bowl, cover lamb with the mixture and stir. Heat the remaining olive oil in a heavy frying pan. Add lamb and roast for 1 minute over a medium heat. Add onion, and black pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Add broth, and mix. Add Coriander, lemon pickle, parsley, and cook for 1 1/2 hour . Take the lamb out of the souce and set aside. Add olive to the souce and raise the heat to high. bring to boil for 10 minutes Add lemon juice and mix. Roast lamb in the oven for 15 minutes or until it becomes crispy. Pour sauce over lamb and serve with couscous.
