Step by Step method

  1. Over medium heat, pre-heat Olive Oil in a small saucepan for 2 minutes.
  2. Add garlic, cilantro & celery.
  3. ٌReduce the heat. Simmer for 5 minutes without letting the garlic change color.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  5. Add the olives and mix well.
  6. Put the olives in a bowl and refrigerate for an hour or until it’s time to serve.
  7. Serve at room temperature.
