Step by Step method

  1. Finely dice the shallot.
  2. Place the lebni and shallots in a bowl.
  3. Mix them thoroughly. 
  4. Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours. 
  5. Serve with regular potato chips or pita chips.

Tips & variations

  • If labneh is not available, place a fabric cloth in a colander and pour in, fold the cloth to cover yogurt and keep in refrigerator(with a plate or bowl beneath) overnight or to become thick.
