Menemen is a mix of vegetables and egg fried and served at breakfast or dinner. delicious, full of nutrients and easy to make.

  1. Saute onion with oil in a pan for 2-3 minutes over low-medium heat.
  2. Add salt and green pepper.
  3. Cover and cook until pepper is tender. stir occasionally.
  4. Add tomatoes, stir and cook covered for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Add egg and stir. It’s done when the eggs are cooked.
  6. Sprinkle some black pepper on top if you like.
  7. Bon appetit!
