Step by Step method


1. For the tabbouleh, place the bulgar wheat, harissa and ras al hanout into a pan. Cover with the boiling hot stock. Cover the pan with a lid or cling film and leave for 20 minutes.

2. Add the diced red onion, almonds, sultanas, lemon juice, olive oil and herbs and mix well.

3. Season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

4. Serve either warm or cold.
