Step by Step method

  1. Ground rice with food processor.
  2. Add the cold water, Rice, carawya,cinnamon, and sugar to a deep pot.
  3. Bring to boil on a medium heat stirring continuously.
  4. The mixture should be custard-thick. 
  5. Smooth the mixture with the blender.
  6. Serve warm in tea cups or desert bowls.
  7. Top with a generous layer of coconut then the rest of the nuts.

Tips & variations

  • For more flavor, soak the nuts in a blossom water or rose water and drain.
