1. Heat the ghee in a large pot, cook onion for 4-5 minutes or until they become golden color.
2. Add chicken and cook for 5 more minutes. Add the garlic, Omani mix spices, tomatoes, tomato paste, dried limes, chicken stock cubes and coriander. Stir for 2 minutes.
3. Add water and bring to boil then simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or until chicken is almost cooked.
4. Add the potatoes and simmer for additional 15-20 minutes or until potatoes and chicken are cooked.
