Step by Step method

Directions:

1. cut the  eggplant, zucchinis, and pill pepper into thin sliced, place them on the griddle and grill each sides.

2. in a frying pan, add olive oil and garlic, stir well until the garlic is golden in color, then add the vinegar, lemon juice, coriander, cumin, black pepper, and chili pepper pieces and mix them until well done.

3. Add the dressing to the grilled vegetables dish, garnish it with fresh tomatoes and serve it hot.
