1. Fry the bacon until golden.
2. Mix the bacon, brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes and stuffing mix together.
3. Form patties.
4. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in skillet over medium high heat.
5. Cook potato cakes about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
