Step by Step method

Directions:

1. In a saucepan, heat the oil over high heat, then add the potato cubes to it. Fry for 20 minutes or until the potatoes gold in color. Drain and set aside.

2. in a small saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add the garlic and coriander, stir a little, season the mixture with salt and pepper, stir for 1 minute, then add the potato cubes, and mix very well together.
