Step by Step method

  1. Saute Onion with oil until translucent.
  2. Add green pepper and saute for a minute.
  3. Add minced meat (if using meat) and brown.
  4. Add tomatoes bring to boil on a medium - low. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Meanwhile, wash Bulgur with lukewarm water, drain.
  6. Add to the sauce. cover simmer on a very low heat for 20 minutes. check after 10 minutes and add water if needed.
  7. Serve hot with salad, and pickles.
