Step by Step method


1. Heat vegetable oil in a medium sauce pan and fry onions till translucent, add tomatoes, chopped garlic, white pepper and half of fresh thyme leaves, chicken stock, water and bring to a boil then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, bake the shishbarak in a preheated oven,180 C, until they have a golden color, about 15 min.
