  1. In a bowl, soak bulgur with room temperature water for 20 minutes. 
  2. Drain while pressing to remove all excess water.
  3. Meanwhile, combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Add bulgur and mix well.
  5. Serve in lettuce leaves.

 


Tips & variations

  • if you will serve Tabouli after a while of preparing, reserve in refrigerator and add salt at the time of serving.

  • Mix mint directly with olive oil to keep it green.
