Step by Step method

  1. In a Tagine pot, put some water, garlic, salt and other spices and stir.
  2. Marinate the meat in the mixture of spices and garlic.
  3. Place the Tagine on the stove and set the fire to a low degree.
  4. When it starts cooking, add onions, parsley and coriander then oil.
  5. Cover the Tagine and heat for 10 minutes. Stir frequently.
  6. Add peas and artichoke on the top.
  7. Add some water and let the Tagine cook for an hour, watch it regularly in case it should need some water.
