Step by Step method

Directions:

1. In a skillet, heat the oil and add zucchini slices and fry them until golden color, make sure not burn.

2. Put the zucchinis on kitchen paper to absorb all the excess oil.

3. In a small bowl, mix yogurt, salt, and garlic.

4. In the serving dish, put the zucchini slices side to side, cover them with yoghurt sauce and sprinkle with some paprika powder on top.
